Weight gain, part 2

So I did some shopping.

1. One loaf of wholemeal bread (high five)
2. Olive oil
3. Peanut butter
4. tomato juice
5. Apple juice
6. Wheat cereal
7. 3 cartons of soya milk for said cereal
8. 200gms of turkey ham
9. Prunes
10. Wholemeal biscuits

...I'm not sure if I'm going to put on weight first, or die of diabetes.

OMG, I guess I look as bad as your close relative. I actually look slim, but with a big tummy! Cant seems to control it now, it's getting visible lately. I don't know what I can do to get rid of it. Man, I need exercise for it!

Ya lor, macam berdiet pulak tuh! Are you trying to gain weight or dieting? But then, an excess of carbohydrate can be converted into fats. Well, just to advise you one thing. Wtach out for the sugar content, because carbohydrate is the polymer of glucose and when broken down, become sugar. If you eat too much of carbohydrate, you are putting yourself at risk of getting diabetes. Just watch out. Mak nih bimbang pasal kesihatanmu. Jaga badan baik-baik. Jangan sakit pulak.

Dude, this is a skinny diet plan! Soy milk? Get full cream! Prunes? Raisins might do a better job (higher sugar content). Turkey ham??? Bacon is best! Wholemeal biscuits? Butter is the key!

On hindsight, my list looks like a quick way to heart-attack-hell!
Just ignore me already....
